situations as to surprise and delight the viewer. To
my eyes and sensibilities, the models appear to be
real girl next door types. Women you could imagine
meeting and having a connection with. I suspect
this is partly due to Michael’s selection of models as
well as the casual and friendly he conducts the
shoot.

photography. I do have my favorites and do
consider all of his work to be outstanding. The
poses and lighting are very classic and reminiscent
of the romantic era of the mid eighteen hundreds.
